Vehicle Management

Management and screening of vehicles such as cars, vans, trucks, specialist vehicles and trailers used for work purposes is done in this module.

  1. When the employee tries to enter a site they will have to answer several questions and if they fulfill the criteria only then they are allowed to excess the site.

    2. There are three main point that can suspend vehicle entry into the site.

  2. Warning - if a warning is issued the vehicle can be granted entry because the warnings are only issued when the issue is not very critical.
    Rejection - if a rejection is issued vehicle driver can request the site manager and by signing a declaration form the site manager can let the vehicle enter into the site.
    Block - In case of 3 rejection the vehicle gets blocked by the system and then the emloyee will have to request the system to unblock the vehicle.
