To Create a schedule by employee
This is SCHEDULE BY SITE which will be opened by clicking on site button.
- Select a BRANCH from the dropdown menu on the left side of the page
- Then select the EMPLOYEE of the branch selected from the drop down
- Then select a CONTRACT from the drop down
- Select a slot from the calendar
- Click on the tab “CREATE”
- A form will appear on the screen
- Select an event from the list and press the NEXT button
- A new form will appear which will ask for the branch to be selected from a drop-down menu
- All the site of that branch will be enlisted select a site and press NEXT button
- 1Select a POST of the selected site and press the NEXT button
- Select the desired time from the combinations and press the NEXT button
- Another form will appear which will ask for the type of duty to be performed in a drop-down menu
- Select an option write a comment and then press SAVE button
- A schedule will be added into the system and will be displayed on the scr
