To Create a schedule by employee

This is SCHEDULE BY SITE which will be opened by clicking on site button.

  • Select a BRANCH from the dropdown menu on the left side of the page
  • Then select the EMPLOYEE of the branch selected from the drop down
  • Then select a CONTRACT from the drop down
  • Select a slot from the calendar
  • Click on the tab “CREATE”
  • A form will appear on the screen
  • Select an event from the list and press the NEXT button
  • A new form will appear which will ask for the branch to be selected from a drop-down menu
  • All the site of that branch will be enlisted select a site and press NEXT button
  • 1Select a POST of the selected site and press the NEXT button
  • Select the desired time from the combinations and press the NEXT button
  • Another form will appear which will ask for the type of duty to be performed in a drop-down menu
  • Select an option write a comment and then press SAVE button
  • A schedule will be added into the system and will be displayed on the scr
