    Coming to this page system shows a dropdown menu based on which reports are generated. There are many options to view the reports that are as follows:

  • Hours summary by employee
  • Hours summary by location
  • Hours worked by location by post
  • Hours worked by location duties only
  • Hours worked by employee duties only
  • Unlocated duties by date
  • Deleted shift reports
  • Incident reports
  • Location reports
  • Lateness report
  • Book on/ book off report
  • Patrol report
  • Check calls report
  • New starters employee
  • Employee detail report
  • User last login
  • User activity report
  • Qualifications held by employee
  • Inactive employees

    Coming to this page system shows a dropdown menu based on which reports are generated. There are many options to view the reports that are as follows:

  • All employees –If this radio button is selected the report of all the employees that are registered in the system are shown.
  • All employees within the selected branch - If this radio button is selected the report of all the employees that are registered in the selected branch will be displayed.
  • Selected employee - If this radio button is selected the report of only selected employee will be shown.

The button“VIEW” that is placed at the lower right side of the page is to be pressed to perform the actions of viewing the report.
